The project, conceived in a unique and exclusive form for the occasion, interweaves the music of Johann Sebastian Bach with the dancing body of Marco Chenevier in a poetic ascent upward.
The mountain becomes a symbolic space of elevation, effort, challenge, and possibility.
Bach's fugues, preludes, and suites guide the body along a path made of breath, gravity, and ascent toward the summit: climbs and pauses, vertigo and suspension, where counterpoint becomes gesture and the landscape becomes part of a journey made of tension and harmony.
Through the words of writer and climber Erri De Luca, the mountain becomes a teacher, a possibility: "The mountain teaches humility and strength together. It reminds you that you are master of nothing, but it gives you the power to face what is greater than you."
